Due to the nature of digital products and the time-intensive work involved in our services, all payments made to WebCart Web Services are non-refundable.
Scope of This Policy:
This no refund policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)
- Graphic design and branding
- Consultation or strategy sessions
- Hosting and domain services (if applicable)
Important Notes:
- Project Initiation: Once a project has been initiated or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Client Approval: All services include revision cycles as outlined in your service agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to communicate necessary changes within the allowed revision window.
- Delayed Communication: Failure to provide required content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner does not qualify as a reason for a refund.
- Cancellation: If the client chooses to cancel the service after the agreement has been signed or payment has been made, no refund will be granted.
- Digital Product Delivery: For any downloadable digital products or templates, once delivered or accessed, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Exceptions:
We do not offer exceptions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation. All decisions regarding refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of WebCart Web Services.
